Senator Wielechowski, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                
that the Resources Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL                                                                  
NO. 4 "An Act relating to the Alaska coastal management program;                                                                
and establishing the Alaska Coastal Policy Board." Without objection,                                                           
the bill was referred to the Finance Committee.
